		<description>Who will regulate the regulators?  It&#039;s a cycle of blank out.  I guess it&#039;s our job as citizens to keep them in check.  
It&#039;s interesting, all the Utah Department of Commerce seems to want is to keep their power to do their jobs and accuse innocent people of crimes they may or may not have committed. It&#039;s just the same old case of Bureaucratic blues.</description>
